Executive Order 108. The Governor has issued an order to control the fuel debacle. If your license plate ends in an even number, you will only be permitted to purchase fuel on even numbered days. If your license plate ends in an odd number, you will only be permitted to purchase fuel on odd numbered days. Order goes into effect 12noon today (11/3).
